TPS Drops in 30-Player Lobbies

Summary

When I have 30 players in my lobby on my map, the TPS (Ticks Per Second) drops a lot.
Sometimes it goes down to 7 TPS or even less.

I thought the problem was from Verse, so I removed all Verse devices and scripts, but the TPS still gets bad.

It works fine with fewer players, but when the lobby is full, the TPS drops badly, even without any Verse running.

Is this normal with big maps and 30 players, or is there something else causing it?

Steps to Reproduce

Enter my map in UEFN.
Join a public lobby with 25+ players.
Play the game and watch the TPS drop (sometimes to 7 TPS).
No Verse devices used, but TPS is still low.

Expected Result

TPS should remain stable (30 TPS) regardless of player count, especially after removing all Verse scripts.

Observed Result

TPS drops sharply in full 30-player lobbies even without any Verse scripts/devices active.

Additional Notes

This happens mostly on Middle East servers (not sure if they trigger something to make TPS worse).
I couldn’t reproduce the problem in private versions — it only happens in big public lobbies.
Is this a server issue, map size issue, or something else? Any advice is appreciated.

To add to this, I also have streaming enabled. What I meant by low TPS is that the game becomes too laggy, causing players to experience rollbacks
