无法验证地址

我们已验证您的身份，但无法验证您的地址。我们将在几天内向 sgzxzj13@gmail.com 发送电子邮件，其中包含一个上传其他地址证明的链接。

同时，您可以在欧盟以外分配资产，并且您的个人资料不会显示您的商家详细信息。

这种情况我应该怎么办呢？我专门去银行开了包含有地址信息的证明，会不会是证明上写的是中文，但是我在资料里面填的是英文的原因。但是的确是同一个地址啊。
