Errors like this can either be a result of a sign-in issue or due to network traffic being blocked by your network.

If this is a sign-in issue, please try closing Twinmotion, then signing out of the Epic Games Launcher and quitting the Launcher. Then please open the Launcher and sign into your account, then launch Twinmotion again. You should be signed in and connected to the network properly.

If this is a network issue, please make sure that all of the remote endpoints defined in the Twinmotion Requirements for remote services (epicgames.com) article are not being blocked by your network. The Urban map uses Geopositioning endpoints, but other services may also impact your ability to use it. If you are on a company network, you may need to contact your networking/IT team for assistance.
