tools from modeling mode do not appear in unreal 5.2.1

I’m using unreal 5.2.1, in the window and the modeling tools don’t appear even though I have enabled the modeling plugging. I tested it in other versions of unreal and it is not appearing in any of them

Window → Load layout → Default editor layout
