TMNT Assets Being Falsely Flagged As Against Copyright

Summary

I was able to get some confirmation that there should be nothing wrong with the TMNT assets I am using in my project since they are from the approved assets list. I put in a separate thread about this in the feedback section but now that I have confirmation this is likely a bug, I am putting a ticket here. Here is the original thread:

Hello, So I’m working on a TMNT project and have some custom UI. But no matter what I try and do, I keep getting a Moderation Warning in the project for any type of UI asset I create associated with the 4x ninja turtles. I tried using the official key art provided by Fortnite. I tried putting the turtles in character devices and then screen grabbing the character devices, and I even tried just putting a turtle shell with a ribbon on it. But nothing will pass the moderation filter. Am I just not…

Steps to Reproduce

Use TMNT approved icons of the 4x Turtles on textures in your TMNT island. Launch a session, wait. You will soon get a Moderation Warning

Expected Result

Using the approved TMNT assets should not result in a moderation warning

Observed Result

I’m receiving a moderation warning when I use assets of the 4x turtles that are from the approved assets list

bumping this as it’s a hindrance to my ability to enter a TMNT island creator contest

I’m also encountering this issue - the assets being flagged are just the large outfit icons for the turtles (e.g. T-Soldier-Hero-QuietPeanuts-L). I went through the appeal process for the initial violation and the sanction was upheld on review. The moderation system continues to be profoundly flawed.
