Time Dilation - Movie render Queue

There were couple posts on Unreal Engine forums for this issue and watched a few videos that i could find on this subject, but I still can’t resolve the issue. When I add a Time Dilation track in the Sequencer, it only renders one frame for all 200 frames.

I’ve tried adding {frame_number_rel} in the file format, lowering the anti-aliasing to 1, switching the method to Temporal Super Resolution, disabling motion blur, and even testing with default settings, but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone know a solution for this? Thank you!
