Time counter issue in Creative and UEFN due to New Year reset

Summary

I understand that the 7-day UEFN counter was reset to 0 due to the New Year, but I don’t understand why the 30-day account requirement was also reset. I had already completed the 30-day requirement (30/30), and this unexpected reset is preventing me from using the tools as planned. I kindly request assistance to resolve this issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Create an account and wait for 30 days to meet the account age requirement for UEFN.
Use UEFN for a few days to meet the 7-day UEFN usage requirement.
After the New Year (January 1, 2025), check the progress of both counters.
Observe that both the 30-day account age counter and the 7-day UEFN counter are at 0.

Expected Result

The 30-day account age counter should remain at 30/30, as it was already completed, and only the 7-day UEFN counter should reset due to the New Year.

Observed Result

Both the 7-day UEFN counter and the 30-day account age counter were reset to 0, even though the 30-day requirement was already fulfilled.

It seems the 30-day counter reset unexpectedly after the New Year, even though it was completed before. This issue is preventing me from meeting the UEFN requirements and using the tools as planned.
