Steps to Reproduce
Upload thumbnails to a test project (“Time Bomb Tag Duels”) on an old Creator Portal account.
Delete/remove those thumbnails from the project on the old account.
Log into a new Creator Portal account and attempt to upload the same thumbnails to publish a project.
Observe that the main thumbnail returns “thumbnail is taken” and the additional thumbnails return “similar to others”.
Expected Result
Removing the thumbnails from the old account should clear them from the database, allowing the new account to upload and publish with them without error messages.
Observed Result
The main thumbnail is blocked with the error “thumbnail is taken”, and the additional thumbnails are blocked with “similar to others”, preventing the project from being published on the new account.
