I have now fixed brakes in logic, but the graphics started to brake even more. If I set Epic scalability, Lumen, Lumen Reflections, Ray Tracing Translucency, Max Bounces 32 and Ray Tracing AO Radius 10000, I get 80 FPS far from the city, but in the city - 10-20 FPS. But there is one place looking like some kind of curse was pronounced there:

This terrible place has a small size, near 5x5 m. The “stat GPU” points to Lumen Reflections. I have one of the top GPUs and UE5.5. Is it possible to somehow optimize Lumen Reflections in the other way than fully remove, maybe reduce something that won’t discover its potential in the game like this (RPG in the large open seamless world)?
