This message could not be Compiled

Hello, I’m having problems while trying to make a project with C++ but I can’t.
The project could not be compiled. Would you like to open it in Visual Studio, before the error pops up its been stuck the generating code has been stuck at 67 percent. I reinstalled the engine snd c++ but it didn’t work.
