This is really frustrating.

I’ve been waiting for a proper response to this post for over 10 days now - Unable to access FAB

@epik_kate, you replied once 8 days ago, saying it was a bug that was fixed, and “If this doesn’t help please let me know, thanks!”. I’ve been repeatedly writing back saying it didn’t fix the issue and for someone from Epic to access to my account and take a look themselves, but I’ve been met with nothing but silence. FAB twitter has also been useless, suggesting I “submit a ticket via Fab support”, which I did, and haven’t heard back at all. I just submitted another ticket to FAB support. Can someone please take a look?

It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still can’t access FAB.

I’m the same but trying with email. 10 days. 2 auto replies with a generic “Thankyou, your feedback has been received”

Compare this to Quixel support, which gave human written replies within 24 hours.

No idea how these are the foundations of a professionally fronted company. It’s the furthest thing front it.

It’s upsetting just how little the engagement is from Epic in this forum. So many posts barely have any replies. So many posts completely unanswered.
