You can add in enum - E_Options_resolutions
If you want to add new resolution option remember to tweak also WidgetBlueprint’/Game/ThirdPersonKit/Blueprints/User_Interface/WB_Resolution_Setting_widget.WB_Resolution_Setting_widget’
