Third Person Character Issues after FBX Scene Import

Hi All,

A bit of background, I’m trying to leverage UE4 for architectural visualization. I’m new to the program and need guidance. My workflow has been to export an FBX file from Revit. I know that this is not ideal, but the reality is that most of our projects are in Revit, and I’m trying to find a cost effective and time effective way to do real time visualization.
When importing said FBX, all geometry comes in no problem, however after importing, my character is messed up. I cannot move the character when playing in editor, nor does the character seem to respond to gravity. Additionally the camera seems to snap back to the camera boom socket, which means I’m looking out from the character’s stomach. Is this a world setting, or collision problem? I’m confused
