There's no HitInfo when you do AssignOnTakePointDamage', should I file a bug report?

Just go to any actor blueprint and do ‘Assign OnTakePointDamage’

then you will see that the event doesn’t have a pin for HitInfo:

but if you call ApplyPointDamage, it has a pin for HitInfo:

Wondering if this is a bug or I don’t understand how point damage works
