Summary
There’s a default setting on the device that completely disables the effects of camera shake, but it also disables the Camera Shake effects that are supposed to be gameplay.
The camera shake with the standard camera is saved for the Fixed angle camera, but they are very poorly compatible from a gameplay point of view, since they were designed for different kinds of cameras.
In my case, there are player abilities that shake the camera when the effects are activated, creating a pleasing experience for the player and an effect of importance\heaviness. But shaking while running completely ruins the experience

Ability to disable run shake with save gameplay camera shake
