Summary
There is an issue that prevents controller players from interacting with the buttons in the UI.
They have to press the menu button and then close it for it to start working normally, but if they exit it and go to another UI, the problem comes back.

Steps to Reproduce
Start the island in UEFN or in a published version.
Join the game using a controller (PlayStation / Xbox).
Open any UI screen that contains buttons (Item Shop / Spectate / Any custom UI).
Try to interact with the buttons using the controller.
Notice that the buttons do not respond.
Press the Menu / Options button on the controller.
Close the menu.
The UI buttons now work correctly.
Switch to another UI screen.
The issue appears again.
Expected Result
Controller players should be able to interact with UI buttons immediately without needing to press the Menu button first.
Observed Result
Controller players cannot interact with any UI buttons unless they press the Menu button and close it.
After switching to another UI, the problem returns again.
