They got back to me and said the original ticket was misdirected (I’m sympathetic b/c I assume a lot of their processes are automated. Being Derpy, you think everything is a failing of their intelligence, which explains your whining about long submission times). They resolved it within the last hour.

Developer does not honour the promises that he has made and is lacking in commitment towards his product. As others have said the product seems to be abandoned. The developer seems to behave very self important and is unable to manage critique, requests or when questions are being asked.
