My main at the moment come in two forms,… one I see a wee red circle says 6 updates go through my library and have NO clue which items need updating (it it should tag them it don’t) and two theres very little in the download option, NO refresh you vault, redownload and update product. I found because I brought “Infinitly Afordable Lanscapes” thse guys (awsome) are adding new world spaces over the next two years, updating is becoming hell on a broon stick because I can NOT redownload with out a lot of hastle all it need is an option on the dropdown (wee arrow on the right end of the button) next to add to project re-download. Thi would maybe prompt do you wish to over write, ( will down load item again replacing everything on your drive) Yes/No OR a sync system that say your local content differs from the source do you wish to fix Yes/No
I will add finally I to (as an ole bloke that does NOT code) have with buying item that are not (for me) cheap and finding that because Epic spit out version like rabbits that asset is now usless and the sellers out to lunch and has no check his/her mail for months. Sadly theres a lot that do NOT have a thread or site only email and a lot lot whos support is only off site. I’m DONE with signing into site all over the net only to be spammed by sales adds nad I DO NOT like data havesting of nature. User need to know where how they will get support so that can op out of the purchase if it’s off site, OR maybe Epic should make it manitory to have a local Epic fourm support thread accessable with the User account we have to create to get the engine
