The UE5 VR template crashes using developer builds in the presence of the SteamVR plugin and VRSpectator

I was using the UE5.0.3 VR template and opened the SteamVR Plugin. When I successfully built and ran the app using Developer mode, the app crashed. Other UE versions are tested as well.
Here is the crash information, request help!
