Step 1: Get the Thunderbolt of zeus item.
Step 2: Press the fire button to launch the Thunderbolt attack.

Expected Result

The Thunderbolt attack should work and launch the Thunderbolt.

Observed Result

The Thunderbolt don’t launch and the re-use timer starts.

Zeus Thunderbolt completely broken after the update.

We are also affected by this. Other items with cooldowns seem to work just fine, it’s only the " Thunderbolt of Zeus" item as far as we can tell.
