there may be 2 players on the same spawn plate when this is not supposed to be the case
Steps to Reproduce
use priority system in spawn plates and go in public matchmaking
Expected Result
each person should have their own spawn plates and no person next to it
Observed Result
there can be 2 people on the same spawn plates
