The Shield Breaker EMP still doesn't disable everything it needs too

Summary

With the second Shield Breaker EMP bug fix being implemented, some more bugs were found and some bugs still haven’t been fixed. These bugs include:
*The Octane’s driving and drifting doesn’t get disabled (jumping and boosting does)
*Start up for when the player goes into the X-Wing, TIE Fighter, and the N-1 Starfighter still starts
*The Seven Sliders and Limitless Seven Sliders don’t get disabled when Infinite Loaded Energy is enabled

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the creative inventory
  2. Grab one of the vehicles mentioned above
  3. Grab the Shield Breaker EMP
  4. Place down the vehicle
  5. Throw the Shield Breaker EMP at the vehicle
  6. Do what is said in would work above

Expected Result

Everything mentioned gets disabled with the Shield Breaker EMP and the player cannot use the vehicle or item.

Observed Result

Not everything gets disabled and the player still has options to move and use the vehicle or item.

Additional Notes

I also think the Shield Breaker EMP should destroy the Boombox, Recon Grenade, Falcon Scout, Proximity Mines (both BR and Ballistic), and Pulse Scanner while disabling the Half and Full Damage Rails, Ceiling Zappers, and Wall Dynamo. But these are suggestions rather than bug fixes lol.

FORT-1122230 has been created and its status is ‘Unconfirmed’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.
