Summary
With the Shield Breaker EMP bug fix being implemented this update, almost every bug I reported has been fixed. A couple of them still exist, which are:
*The Octane’s driving and drifting doesn’t get disabled (jumping and boosting does)
*The Rocket Racing vehicle doesn’t get disabled

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the creative inventory
- Grab one of the vehicles mentioned above
- Grab the Shield Breaker EMP
- Place down the vehicle
- Throw the Shield Breaker EMP at the vehicle
- Do what is said in would work above
Expected Result
Everything mentioned gets disabled with the Shield Breaker EMP and the player cannot move or shoot the vehicle.
Observed Result
Not everything gets disabled and the player still has options to move and attack back while in the vehicle.
