Hello everyone, I have a problem with rendering and drawing shadows, I played with different parameters in all the light sources that affect the object in my scene, but nothing concrete helped. But recently I noticed that the problem occurs in general when using raytrace shadows.
What helped me? I decided to increase the bound scale value from 1 to 2 or more and the shadows started to show and problem is solve.
I do not understand how to solve this problem globally, it is not very convenient to change the value in a concrete object every time, so I decided to make this problem public, I am sure there are people on this forum who understand more than I, I will be glad for your thoughts on this!
I have a feeling that it is somehow connected with mesh distance field the size of the object and the very system of lighting and generation of shadows, I do not understand this at all, but it would be very interesting to understand.
