the parallax view - illusion of depth based on 3d head tracking

I am interested in trying to build something based on “the parallax view” its an illusion of depth using 3d head tracking on iphone. The guy used Unity to build it. But I was wondering if UE4 could do something similar? Are there any examples of it?
