The "Output Velocities duration base pass" option seems to cause problems depending on the graphic card

Edit>Project Setting>Rendering>Output Velocities during base pass.
I want to use that option in Unreal Version 4.26.

But there was a problem.
The graphic card “NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070” is correctly rendered.
But the graphics card “AMDRadeon RX 6700 XT” does not render correctly.

In this graphics card “AMDRadeon RX 6700 XT”, Black dots sparkle and zizzle on the landscape.
Does anyone know the solution?
