The movie render queue not rendering the whole scene. half off the assets and foliage are not even apearing on render....

Make sure that your levels are being loaded correctly. MRQ goes into PIE so the streaming methods are being respected. Aside from that GameOverrides are trying to switch LODs on you by default. Its possible there are some LOD hijinx happening so you can try and shut that off.
