I always keep track of the statistics for my maps; one of them is the payment estimates, which give me an idea of how things are going. In all the months prior to March of this year, everything went smoothly; the estimates were always on average and matched the final payment for the month, but at the end of March, the $58 amount didn’t meet the target and carried over, remaining displayed on the creator dashboard in April. I checked the March payment estimates to see if I’d reach the target by the end of April, Until the 27th, the $58 amount from February was displayed on the dashboard, and I added that amount to the minimum value of the March estimates, which range from $76.51 to $93.90, as shown in the attached image. Then, the next day (April 28), the dashboard displayed the amount of $77.67, I was extremely confused because the $58 figure had been added to another $19?? I contacted support several times and explained the situation, but they just told me that once the goal was reached, I would be paid. I’m still very confused about these figures. Now, at the beginning of May, the March figure is being shown as $19, a figure that doesn’t even appear in blue in the statistics (Blue bars show how a day contributed to a monthly payout.) I believe this is a major error, as it makes no sense for the estimates to show amounts that are extremely different from the actual amount—at the end of April, there was a difference of $57.33 between the estimates and the actual payment… I hope someone can help me or clarify this.

This is the first time the estimates haven’t been calculated correctly. At the end of every month, the calculated figure matched what the estimates showed. I already had the February figure pending and could see that I would be able to reach the goal by the end of April (February + March). I hope to resolve this…
