Observed Result
When the camera moves close to the MetaHuman character, Groom hair renders incorrectly.
Hair strands appear overly thick, clumped, or visually distorted at close range.
This occurs without any LOD transition and happens with default Groom assets and settings.
The issue is most noticeable on facial hair and short hairstyles.
