The Game doesn't open on another PC.

Hi All,
I have trouble with lunching my game in another PC. It works fine on my laptop. Also it generates this error bellow.

I have tried different solution, but non of them helped me. Could you help me please?

Not sure but seems like is a DX error. Try to update drivers and directX.
