The FAB is not accepting my documents for trader verification. I have sent different documents three times, spending my time to go to the bank and the tax office specifically for this. All my certificates are official, with my name and address indicated, and they are at the state level, but they keep rejecting them without properly explaining the reason. I want to try uploading new documents, but I can’t because the form for submission has disappeared; instead, it says that I need to wait. I have tried contacting customer support, but they couldn’t provide any useful information. Has anyone faced a similar issue, and how did you resolve it? Thank you."

so sad to received an email for unsuccessful verification my address again yesterday too after i updated 5 times ,5 times for my bank statment and my tax pdf document.
