Hello,
did you by chance attach the video? I do not seem to see an attachment here. Since you said playing “this” video I hoped it was attached as a repro case.
There is little information here to go on.
I assume that you are attempting to play a single .mp4 file and not stream a DASH or HLS asset.
If it is indeed an mp4 file then my best guess is that the file is not properly multiplexed (interleaved).
Could you please run a tool to interleave video and audio tracks, like mp4box from GPAC?
The command line for mp4box would be something like “mp4box -inter 500 myvideo.mp4” (the file is updated in place).
I would imagine that the video would then play correctly, unless it is encoded outside the specification for the platform you are trying to play it back on, where the video decoder cannot decode the video in real time and starts falling behind (say, you are playing a 60fps video but the decoder can at most decode 50fps per second, then your video would play too slowly and desynchronize with the audio until the audio buffer has depleted).

Thank you for sharing the video.
The problem is that your video contains a video track of 78 seconds but the audio track is only 10 seconds long.
You will need to make sure that your tracks are all of equal duration, if necessary by appending silence to your audio.

This is the video I used; the issue is reproducible and always reproducible.
