Summary
The new Day Sequencer device in Creative 1.0 appears to have a major bug:
1.) The day time does not start as specified in the device, instead the Island Settings override it when the Day Sequencer is set to “START AT SPECIFIED TIME” or “RANDOM START TIME”. The options “FIXED TIME” and “RANDOM FIXED TIME” seem to work properly.

Set Day Sequencer device to “START AT SPECIFIED TIME” or “RANDOM START TIME” in Creative.
Expected Result
The Day Sequencer device would start the day/night cycle at the chosen time.
Observed Result
The Day Sequencer has no effects and the ambiance Island Settings are shown–not the Day Sequencer’s settings.
