The Barrier Device is broken

Summary

There are 2 issues I have came across for barrier devices

1. If you go to the edge of a hollow barrier you can just simply clip through it
2. The barrier device blocks all the thrown projectiles such as the storm flip, med-mist smoke grenade but no things like shield potions which you throw (it does this even when block weapon fire is off)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place down a hollow barrier device, go to the corner and clip through
2. Throw a storm flip at a barrier

Expected Result

1. Should not let you pass
2. Should allow you to throw the items past

Observed Result

1. Lets you clip through the barrier
2. Freezes the storm flip in place. Stops other thrown items to not go past

Additional Notes

I am not sure what other items the barrier stops, or if the clipping with the barrier happens only with the hollow barrier but it’s still a big issue
