Summary
-The new Discovery algorithm uses a new dynamic system to promote games as Epic announced on the new documents, but it seems that the algorithm doesnt work as it should. Normaly if you have more and better stats from the other games you should expect the algorithm to pick your game and moving it on one of the game categories and promote you there and let you compete with the games in the category row(for example the strategy category).
-I did a big promotion hiting 730 ccu players top 3 game at the time for the strategy category, with high playtime and good favorite and likes and the algorithm didnt put the game on the strategy categoty at all, not even on a bad position like #30 #40 #80 or something, the game didnt trigger the algorithm at all, this is not normal.
-More than 95% of the games in the category have way worse stats from my game, this is not normal then to not get in the category.
-I notice also something very weird, when i updated some on my other games i got into the strategy category after couple hours, but with the big promotion on my main game i didnt got into the category, meaning that something is off and the algorithm isnt working as it should.
-You cant do a big promotion getting more than 250.000 impressions hiting more than 700 ccu hight play times and session times and not getting picked by a dynamic algorithm, when your game have better stats from more than the 95% of the games that are in the category.

Steps to Reproduce
Doing a big sponsored promotion to one of my games
Expected Result
hitting high numbers (not only ccu but playtime, session time and good favorites and likes) and expecting to get inside a game category (strategy category for example)
Observed Result
I didnt got inside the category of my game not even on a bad spot like #30 #50 #90 (it didnt trigger the algorithm at all)
