Textures floating above models when using Parallax Occlusion

I have recently started experimenting with Parallax Occlusion in order to add depth to my textures, and I finally got it to work on one of my textures, but for some reason the texture seems to float above the actual model. I have tried to change a lot of the variables, but all that has done has moved the actual bumps below the texture. I’m not sure how to fix this and I cannot find anything online addressing this issue. I tried asking on the UE4 Answer Hub before coming here and no one answered.
Thanks for the help,

Ok, I tried this and then it turned to black static. (See Image 1) I’m pretty sure this is just another variable not being set high enough, but the other problem is now the silver circles are on the face of the model, but the actual bumps are still raised above them, kind of making a ghost effect.

What do I plug in to what? I tried plugging world position into world position offset and I got an error, (See Image 2) This seems strange since the descriptions of those two slots are so similar.

Thanks again for the help
