Textures coming in pixelated or blurry

Alright so I am fairly new to Unreal but I am working with Maya LT, I have set up Maya to work in z up and in centimeters. When I create the normal map of 2048 in maya and textures of the same dimensions they are pixelated. Is this because the model is so large or is there something or some step that I am missing

perhaps post the normal map help to solve the problem.
