TEXTURES are MISSING only for CONSOLE PLAYERS please help

i made a map for my community for christmas but only PC PLAYERS can see the TEXTURES what can we do? We need this map for christmas.

What resolution are the textures? (Are they power of two?)

What does the material graph applied to those presents look like? (Do they use any nonstandard material nodes/functions?)
