Texture streaming problem

Hello, so I’ve been working on this thing I have for a little while now. Earlier it was giving me the error message “Texture Pool Streaming Over 64 mb” So I googled the issue and found that some people were using the console command “r.Streaming.PoolSize” to increase it. It got rid of the error but my textures still look all fuzzy and lame. Any ideas what to do? (I’m still pretty new to this so if you could explain it to me like I’m 5 that would be great lol)
