Texture Render Target and adding a Mask to the Marker Material?

Hi Guys,

So i was busy over the weekend working on a small prototype and i came into a problem of being unable or atleast unsure of how to actually add a paint splat texture to my material used as a marker for my texture render target material. Here is where it is at at the moment:

The mask i want to add is the unconnected texture at the top but everywhere i have placed it it just treats it as a stencil for everything on the map so you have one big paint splat over the entire environment. Any help would be awesome im just running round and round in circles now
