g and c could mean grayscale and color. idk about s.
the letters g,c, and s could also designate specific areas on a model. For example, a model of a car material_t, material_b, and material_w could stand for tires, body and windows. it would be a horrible way to name things though.
s - might be a Slope Mask if it’s grayscale
post the textures so we can see what they are. that would help
