Texture importing from 3ds - problem

Why textures are not in the same place when I import model from 3ds max? I create some model in 3ds, place material on model, and used uw map.But when I import that model to ue4 - texture is on wrong place, wrong scale etc…why? I tried few things, convert all model to mesh, or use unwrap uw-but nothing helped.How exported model can remember texture scale, offset, rotate etc?
