Texture compression

Hello guys,
I am creating a archviz experience for oculus quest 2 and having some issues with 2 textures in particular.

Both 2 textures are being compressed too much in some places, but not in others. For example, on one level the texture is all blurry and on other is good.

I tyied to mark no mipmaps, not streaming, no compression, and all I would think to prevent this kind of error.

Have anyone encountered this, or know how to make the quest not compress an specific texture?
