Texture bombing node not working (Tiling)

Hello,

I am trying to make my tiling seamless, and I have seen tutorials of people using this method to remove the repetition in tiling significantly. I tried to use it myself but it did not work. When I attempt:

Here is my blueprint for my landsccape material:

I do not know what to do. Should I be using other method to reduce tiling? I am open to any way anyone knows that produces a similar effect, as long as it removes tiling.
