Texture behaves like an LOD. What is wrong?

Hi, new to UE4.

I have a texture on my balcony which disappears as you move away from it. Someone told me it might be a rendering issue, LODs refer to meshes only right? Meaning then it surely isn’t an LOD issue. I don’t know what’s happening here let alone find a fix for it. Any help please?

In the texture editor, try turning off mipmaps:
