Summary
The game text chat box is constantly spammed with “Player leaved” and “Player Joined” messages even when the player is not leaving or joining. It just repeats the old messages from when the player left/join.

Steps to Reproduce
Load into a game where there are active players. Have text chat enabled. On each round you will notice it popping up.
Expected Result
The text chat should be cleared of repeated spam.
Observed Result
The text chat will constantly repeat spam with leave and join messages.
