Testing IP connection when you're a loner?

So I don’t have anyone to test my IP connection with for my build, lol. It’s just how it is. Surely I can’t be the only one? How do you folks go about doing this? We have two PCs in the home and LAN tests fine, but I need to ensure IP connection works and I’m not sure how to do it.

Using the UE5 out of the box setup (session nodes) even with LAN NOT selected, it still appears to just default to LAN. Both PCs connect, but the one person I managed to get to download and try to run the game, wasn’t able to find any sessions.
