I just found this question after searching for the same issue with VR in 4.13. The URL you provided is dead. Was this considered fixed already? I’m getting strange distortion of the objects near a tessellated texture. I also get strange ghost shadows that are not 3D coherent. It also seems to only happen on the right eye and with Instanced Stereo rendering on.
