Tesselation issues

Hi trying to use tesselation for the first time , not sure what I am doing wrong , currently the material is a little bit twisted

I ve been doing some research , is it a question of not enough triangles on the mesh?

Why do you just have a tesselation multiplier of 1?

I played with that value , the issue is still threre with a bigger number

It was all about the number of triangles in the 3d object
