Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new weapon using the Weapon Templates released in 41.00
  2. Create a private test code
  3. Move quickly around and watch weapon mesh desync

Expected Result

Weapon mesh should not lag behind the player’s hand

Observed Result

Weapon mesh is lagging behind the player’s hand

Additional Notes

The 2nd weapon shown in the video uses a visual powerup device to attach the weapon mesh perfectly to the player’s hand. (Using a direct bone attachment in niagara hand_attach_r)

I noticed when I’m sprinting / sliding around the mesh tends to vanish as well…Sometimes until I respawn but sometimes just after a few seconds it’ll appear again

FORT-1113974 has been ‘Closed’ as a duplicate of an existing known issue. Origin Issue: UE-383121
